I purchased a plan, but it says I am over my limit. I haven't used that many items!

There's actually two instances that you would get that message alert: one is if you have reached the number of unique boards, and the other is if you've reached the number of unique items

Free Plan - max of 3 boards OR 20 items.
Standard Plan - Share up to 1000 items across max of 10 boards
Pro Plan - Share up to 5000 items across max of 20 boards
Unlimited Plan - unlimited boards and items + automations

What are the column types supported by Same Item Multiple Boards?

Same Item Multiple Board supports all column types except for connected board, mirror columns and formula column

What are the steps to add my items to multiple boards using your app?

Click on the item you want to add to additional boards
Click on the + icon to add an additional item view
Search for the app "Same Item Multiple Board"
Select the additional board you want to add your item to and click 'Add'



Please note: Same columns are shared across different boards automatically if they match these criterias:

The columns have the same column name across boards
The columns are the same type across your boards

Is there anyway to enable this for the whole board instead of per item?

Absolutely! Under our paid plans, you can use our workflow integration. You can go to the integration center and look for “Same Item Multiple Boards”. Then add, “When any item is added, also add it to board/group” and customize this automation
