How to Hide Updates from Other Boards



Our latest feature enables you to hide updates from specific or all other boards.

Here’s what you can achieve with this new functionality:

πŸ”’ Keep internal updates confidential: Prevent accidental information leaks by keeping internal discussions private.
πŸ’Ό Control client-facing boards: Share items with your clients while keeping updates private.
πŸ”„ Customize update sync: Choose which boards share updates and which stay internal.

How to Use the New Feature?



We’ve created 2 special Monday.com recipes available in the integration center:

"When an update is posted, do not add it to items on other boards."
"When update is posted, do not add it to items in board".

Simply add the relevant recipe to your boards to start using the feature.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Toggling the button on/off will not disable this feature. In order to disable this recipe, you must delete this recipe from your board it altogether.
