How to Install Same Item in Multiple Boards on your monday account
**Step-by-Step Installation Guide**
Open the App Marketplace - Navigate to the marketplace within your monday.com workspace.
Search for the App - Type "Same Item in Multiple Boards" into the search bar and select the app from the results.
Install the App - Click "Install App" and choose to install it across all workspaces for enhanced sharing capabilities.
Add the App to Your First Board -
Select the board where you want to begin using the app, then,
Click "Add App" to integrate it with the selected board.
Authorize the App - Complete the authorization process by clicking "Authorize Monday". This step ensures the app can access the necessary workspace data.
Verify Installation - After installation, the app will add a "Same Item Multiple Boards" tab to every item in the selected board.
Activate the App on Additional Boards
To use the app on other boards:
Open any item on the desired board
Click "Add View" on the desired board.
Search for the app and click "Add"
Note: This action is optional. You can use the app without adding the item view through automations and other boards
