🌟 Overview

Same Item Multiple Boards allows you to set up custom automations β€” so your items can move across boards automatically based on the exact triggers you choose.

These automations help you simplify delegation, keep boards aligned, and reduce manual work. Here are some examples of what you can automate:

  • πŸ”„ Status-based actions: When a status changes, add the item to another board
  • πŸ‘€ People-based actions: When someone is assigned, send the item to their board
  • πŸ†• Item creation: Automatically add new items to other boards
  • 🏷️ Dropdown logic: Delegate items based on labels
  • πŸ”˜ Button triggers: Add items to boards with a single click
  • 🧠 Advanced conditions: Build complex workflows that match your structure

You can combine triggers, conditions, labels, and column changes to create workflows that fit your teams perfectly.
