If you want to check how many items you’re currently syncing across boards — or if you’re getting a message about exceeding your limit — you can easily view your usage directly inside the app.

Here’s how 👇

🪄 Steps to View Usage

1️⃣ Add or open the Same Item Multiple Boards View

• On any board, click “Add View” → “Apps” → “Explore more apps.”
• Search for “Same Item in Multiple Boards.”
• Once it’s added, open that view.

2️⃣ Open Settings

• Click the ⚙️ gear icon in the top-right corner of the view.

3️⃣ Go to the Usage Tab

• In the left-side menu, select “Usage.”
• You’ll now see a summary of your current item usage, including how many shared items you have and where they are located.

💡 Tip

If you’re close to reaching your limit consider removing unused shared items or upgrading your plan to increase capacity.
